The new policy requires operators to register using a valid corporate email address to access the global roadshow of eight summits scheduled for next year.
The decision responds to increased demand from B2B exhibitors seeking direct engagement with operators, according to the company. SiGMA’s 2025 events attracted nearly 90,000 delegates across its international shows, demonstrating the organization’s reach among industry stakeholders and regulatory officials.
Ticketing Structure Revised to Match B2B Demand
The updated registration framework removes entry fees for operators while maintaining free access for affiliates, a benefit that has been standard since 2014. The adjustment aims to address evolving dynamics in the B2B sector, where technology providers and service companies have expressed growing interest in operator connections.
“The complimentary access for affiliates and operators is meant to strengthen inclusion, increase opportunities and reflect the expanding role of technology and service providers across the sector,” SiGMA stated.
The policy change forms part of SiGMA’s Vision 2030 strategy, which targets integration of B2B, B2C, and B2G stakeholders throughout its eight-summit calendar. The 2026 series will cover key markets including Dubai, Cape Town, São Paulo, Manila, Malta, Rome, Mexico City, and Colombo.
Industry Visibility Increases with Delegate Growth
The summit series has experienced consistent expansion in delegate numbers and exhibitor participation. The 2025 program saw enhanced engagement from policymakers and industry leaders, positioning SiGMA events as platforms for regulatory dialogue alongside commercial activity.
Free operator registration will apply to all eight 2026 summits, with each event featuring dedicated conference stages, exhibition floors, networking sessions, and awards ceremonies. The registration system will verify corporate credentials to ensure participants meet operator qualifications.
The change places SiGMA among a limited number of major industry events offering complimentary operator access, potentially influencing attendance patterns across the global conference circuit. Technology providers and service companies are expected to benefit from increased operator presence at exhibition areas.
2026 Summit Calendar and Regional Focus
The eight-summit roadshow targets both established and emerging gambling markets. Dubai will focus on MENA region development, while Cape Town addresses African market growth. São Paulo and Mexico City target Latin American expansion, with Manila serving Asian markets.
European summits in Malta and Rome will address regulatory developments and market maturity in the continent’s gambling sectors. The inaugural Colombo event will explore South Asian opportunities, where several jurisdictions are evaluating gambling legislation.
Each summit is expected to draw thousands of delegates, with exhibitor numbers varying by location and market size. SiGMA has indicated the free registration model aims to maximize operator attendance while maintaining event quality and networking opportunities for exhibitors.
