Casino Malta has released the full schedule for the 2025 Battle of Malta Autumn Edition, with the series anchored by a €1.5 million guaranteed Main Event. The tournament will take place across two venues—Casino Malta and the Eden Arena at the adjoining Intercontinental Hotel Malta.
The festival features partnerships with major poker brands including ACR, SharkBay, Quigiaco, Redtooth, the Poker Experience Tour, and the Beer Poker Tour, each sponsoring dedicated events throughout the schedule.
€1.5 Million Main Event Features Nine Starting Flights
The centerpiece of the festival is the €1.5 million guaranteed Main Event, offering nine opening flights from October 29 to November 2. The structure includes both full buy-in and reduced-price options to accommodate different player budgets.
Standard €600 buy-in flights provide players with a 40,000 starting stack and 40-minute blind levels. Play continues until 15% of the field remains, with all advancing players guaranteed to finish in the money.
The schedule also includes four half-price €300 flights running nightly from October 29 to November 1. These flights feature a 20,000 starting stack with 20-minute blind levels, with play ending when 7.5% of the field remains.
Chip leader incentives return for 2025, with the top three players from €600 flights and the overall chip leader from €300 flights each receiving a 2026 Battle of Malta package valued at €1,500.
Extended Blind Levels for Deep-Stack Play
The tournament structure extends blind levels as the event progresses. Day 2 on November 2 features 60-minute levels, increasing to 75-minute levels on Day 3 (November 3) and 90-minute levels on Day 4 (November 4).
The final table on November 5 will be live-streamed with hour-long blind levels, continuing until a champion is crowned. The winner will receive the trophy, the largest portion of the prize pool, and their photograph added to the Battle of Malta Wall of Fame.
Extensive Side Event Schedule
Beyond the Main Event, the schedule includes numerous side events catering to players of all skill levels and game preferences.
The €450 Mystery Siege of Malta returns as a two-day mystery bounty event, running October 28-31. Two additional major events anchor the later portion of the schedule: the €1,100 High Roller with a €300,000 guarantee and the €300 Sharkbay-Eurorounders Bounty with a €50,000 guarantee, both running November 2-3.
The €150 ACR Ladies Event offers a €5,000 guarantee with added value—the top three finishers will each receive a Battle of Malta package worth €1,500 for the 2026 edition.
Mixed game specialists will find multiple options throughout the schedule, including Pot-Limit Omaha, HORSE, and Sviten Special events.
