Gameplay
The reels use a 3-2-3-2-3 layout. Fire Frames and Fire Reels appear at random and split any symbol that lands in them. The more Fire Frames on screen, the more Enhancer Cells open below reels 2, 3 and 4. Dead Patient symbols reveal multipliers from x5 up to x9,999. The xHole feature scatters symbols around the grid and multiplies their size, and xMental triggers an extra spin where every position becomes a Fire Frame. Disembodied Scatters on reels 2 and 4 can transform into xWays, xSplit, Dead Patients or Wilds.
Bonus rounds
Three Cognitive Scatters on reels 1, 3 and 5 start 8 Bloodletting Spins with sticky Fire Frames and Fire Reels.
