Before joining Rush Street Gaming, Perez served as general manager of Rolling Hills Casino Resort in California, where he oversaw operations for the integrated casino resort property. His career also includes multiple positions with Penn Entertainment, holding leadership roles at properties in West Virginia, Maine, Missouri, and Mississippi.
Throughout his career, Perez has demonstrated expertise in team development, guest experience management, and casino operations across diverse markets and gaming environments.
Strategic Appointment During Expansion Phase
The appointment aligns with Rivers Casino Portsmouth’s growth trajectory. In May 2025, the property announced plans to construct an eight-story boutique hotel adjacent to the casino, marking a significant investment in the Hampton Roads region.
