Flutter Brazil Announces New Leadership Structure as Operations Mature

Flutter Brazil has unveiled a new leadership structure marking a significant milestone in the company's operational maturity and strengthened role within Flutter Entertainment's global framework. The changes reflect the company's commitment to sustainable growth, accountability, and continued innovation in the Brazilian market.

Leadership Appointments

As part of the restructuring, João Studart has been appointed Chairman of Flutter Brazil. In this role, Studart will support the board and executive leadership in consolidating strategy and expanding the company’s institutional presence, working in close alignment with Flutter International’s vision.

Eduardo Monte, following his success as Chief Operating Officer (COO), has been promoted to CEO of Flutter Brazil. Monte brings the strategic and integrative vision necessary for the next phase of operational development. In his new position, Monte will report directly to Dan Taylor, CEO of Flutter International, strengthening alignment with the Group’s global strategy.

Strategic Evolution

The new structure positions Flutter Brazil as an organization better prepared for future growth, guided by the values that have underpinned its success to date: integrity, innovation, and teamwork. The company continues pursuing its objectives by building an ecosystem that connects technology, entertainment, and responsibility.

Flutter Brazil aims to transform the iGaming market in Brazil and globally through this enhanced leadership framework. The restructuring represents a natural evolution for the company as it enters a new chapter of operations in the Brazilian market.

The leadership changes come as Brazil’s regulated betting market continues to develop, with Flutter Entertainment positioning its local operations for long-term growth in one of Latin America’s most significant iGaming markets.
