Aristocrat Leisure Appoints Dafne Guisard as Chief Commercial Officer for EMEA Region

Aristocrat Leisure Ltd has appointed Dafne Guisard to the newly created role of Chief Commercial Officer for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). The appointment signals Aristocrat’s commitment to expanding its presence across the EMEA region through targeted commercial and business development initiatives.

Guisard will be based in London and is expected to commence the role in February 2026, subject to regulatory approvals. The new position has been created specifically to drive the execution of Aristocrat’s EMEA expansion strategy.

Extensive Leadership Experience

Guisard brings more than 20 years of senior leadership experience across commercial growth, operations, and digital transformation in complex, regulated, multi-country environments. Her career spans multiple industries, including gaming, consumer goods, and beverages.

Most recently, Guisard served as Chief Operations Officer at Entain Plc, a global sports betting and gaming group. In this role, she was responsible for global strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions integration, and customer service initiatives.

Prior to Entain, Guisard held the position of Chief Strategy, Transformation & Digital Officer at The Kraft Heinz Company, where she led strategic and digital transformation initiatives for the global food and beverage corporation.

International Business Expertise

Guisard spent nearly a decade at Anheuser-Busch InBev, where she held various senior commercial and finance roles. Her experience at the global brewing company included managing multi-billion dollar brand portfolios and leading international market expansion efforts. During her tenure, she was responsible for brand profitability structures, global planning cycles, and played a key role in the company’s acquisition of SAB Miller.

Her educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from MIT Sloan School of Management, providing her with a foundation in strategic business management and operations.

EMEA Expansion Strategy

In her new role, Guisard will be responsible for driving Aristocrat’s commercial and business growth across the EMEA region. The appointment reflects the company’s strategic focus on expanding its market presence in European, Middle Eastern, and African jurisdictions.

Guisard will report directly to Trevor Croker and join Aristocrat’s executive steering committee. The newly created position demonstrates Aristocrat’s organizational commitment to EMEA market development and regional commercial strategy.

The appointment positions Aristocrat to pursue business opportunities across multiple EMEA jurisdictions, including established European gaming markets and emerging regulated markets in the Middle East and Africa.
