Aristocrat Announces New Leadership for Interactive Division

Aristocrat appoints Dylan Slaney as CEO of Interactive division and Barry French as Chief Corporate Affairs & Marketing Officer in major leadership reshuffle.

Gaming technology leader Aristocrat Leisure has announced significant leadership changes across its Interactive division and Corporate Affairs operations. The appointments strengthen the company’s strategic direction for fiscal year ahead.

Interactive Division Leadership Transition

Moti Malul has stepped down as CEO of Aristocrat Interactive and will depart in March 2026. Malul successfully led NeoGames through its Aristocrat acquisition and created the Interactive business over 18 months.

Dylan Slaney will succeed Malul as CEO of Aristocrat Interactive, starting November 3, 2025. The appointment is subject to regulatory pre-approvals. Slaney brings over ten years of global iGaming leadership experience.

Slaney was most recently CEO of Light & Wonder’s iGaming business. He previously held leadership roles at NYX, SG Digital, and data science company dunnhumby. His track record includes driving operational excellence and customer-focused transformative growth.

Corporate Affairs Restructure

Natalie Toohey is leaving her Chief Corporate Affairs Officer role after seven years to pursue new opportunities. Barry French has been appointed as Chief Corporate Affairs & Marketing Officer, effective immediately.

French brings over 35 years of leadership experience across telecommunications, transport, aerospace, and technology sectors. He has worked internationally in the US, UK, and Finland, leading multinational teams in regulated environments.

French previously served as Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at Inmarsat and Nokia. He will be based in Las Vegas, while Slaney will operate from London.

Strategic Impact

Both executives will report directly to CEO Trevor Croker and join the Executive Steering Committee. The appointments consolidate progress and accelerate strategy delivery for Aristocrat’s growth plans.

The changes strengthen Aristocrat Interactive’s market-leading iLottery position while building global marketing capabilities across the group’s brand portfolio.
