FeedConstruct Secures Argentina Basketball League Rights

FeedConstruct just locked down exclusive worldwide rights to Argentina's ENTIRE professional basketball ecosystem

FeedConstruct has secured exclusive worldwide streaming and data rights to Argentina’s complete professional basketball ecosystem, marking a significant expansion of the company’s Latin American sports portfolio.

The comprehensive agreement covers more than 2,400 games per season across five leagues: Liga Nacional (LNB), Liga Argentina, Liga Federal, Liga Femenina, and La Liga Próximo. The deal positions FeedConstruct as the sole global distributor of Argentine basketball content for betting operators and sports media partners.

Elite Competition and NBA Talent Pipeline

The Liga Nacional represents the crown jewel of the acquisition. Considered South America’s premier basketball competition, the league has produced NBA stars including Manu Ginóbili, Luis Scola, and Facundo Campazzo. Historic clubs such as Atenas de Córdoba, San Lorenzo, and Peñarol compete in the league, which draws significant international scouting attention.

The Liga Argentina, the country’s second division, features intense promotion battles and established clubs including Ferro Carril Oeste and Quilmes. The competition serves as a development ground for emerging talent while maintaining passionate regional followings.

Comprehensive Coverage Across All Levels

The rights package extends to the Liga Federal, Argentina’s largest professional basketball structure with over 100 participating clubs representing every province. The competition provides extensive hyper-local content and represents the grassroots foundation of Argentine basketball.

Women’s basketball is included through the Liga Femenina, featuring players such as Melisa Gretter and top clubs including Berazategui and Quimsa. The league has experienced significant growth in line with rising global interest in women’s sports.

La Liga Próximo completes the portfolio, covering youth development squads from Argentina’s most prestigious clubs including Boca Juniors, Quimsa, Obras Sanitarias, and Instituto de Córdoba. The league functions as a scouting pipeline for identifying future professional and international players.

Industry Response

“Securing the exclusive rights to the Argentine basketball ecosystem is a landmark achievement for FeedConstruct,”

said Narek Harutyunyan, CEO at FeedConstruct.

“By consolidating these exclusive rights under one roof, we are creating an unparalleled offering for our partners. With this agreement, we deliver high-quality experience covering the full spectrum of the sport in one of the world’s most exciting basketball nations.”

Eduardo Tassano, president of the Asociación de Clubes de Básquetbol, stated:

“For Argentine professional basketball, collaboration and data integrity are essential pillars for long-term development. This agreement with FeedConstruct supports our objective of strengthening transparency, technological standards, and international projection across our competitions. We believe this partnership adds significant value to the ecosystem and contributes to positioning Argentine basketball within a global framework of professionalism and reliability.”

Strategic Expansion

The acquisition strengthens FeedConstruct’s position in Latin American sports content distribution, providing betting operators and media partners with access to a complete national basketball structure through a single rights holder. The deal covers live streaming, data feeds, and statistics across all competitions.

FeedConstruct operates as a global sports data and streaming provider serving licensed betting operators and media companies. The company maintains partnerships across multiple sports and regions, focusing on emerging markets with high-volume content opportunities.
